The letters regarding this years Group Camp are being handed out at Section meetings and I’m pleased to say that even at this early stage (8th May) we are getting a strong response from members wishing to attend.

Sainsbury’s Active Kids Vouchers

Thank you to everyone who passed their Sainsbury’s vouchers onto the Scout Group. The 4226 voucher points has allowed the Group to order new games equipment and additional cooking equipment all without any cost to the Group. Thank you all.

Bake Sale

Thanks to all who baked and manned the stall on Saturday morning (22nd March). Though your efforts the group raised just over �300.

Scout District Night Hike

Last Friday night (21st March) out of 7 competing teams our scouts came top beating teams from Chesham, Lee Common and Prestwood.
Hiking a 5 mile route, navigating in the darkness and completing 4 set bases out team scored the highest point score to secure victory.

Some, maybe the majority of you will be aware that behind the scenes of what you see on a Monday or Friday evening there is a team of parents and other volunteers involved with the Groups Executive Committee.
The Exec� Committee is responsible to the financial operation of the Scout Group and the general care of the Scout HQ.
